- To people who are able to manage basic self care regardless of income
- To people aged 18 years or over
- To people who live independently or wish to live independently and would like to learn or improve their home management skills.
We teach our clients in their home on a one-to-one basis and the skills taught includes:

Referral to STAR teaching services
